How soon after I place my order should I expect it to ship?
All orders are made to order and typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days.
How soon after my items are shipped will it arrive?
This depends on your location and the shipping providers timeline. Shipping typically takes anywhere from 3-5 days within the U.S. and around 2 weeks internationally.
Can I pick up my order locally or can you rush my order?
All of our products are shipped out of a fulfillment center in another state, so we cannot personally rush any orders.
How do I care for my items?
While each item has specific instructions under the description of the item, as a general rule, we recommend washing each shirt inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low/delicate heat. Do not use bleach, do not dry clean and do not iron.
Can I return my item?
Because each item is made to order soon after the order is placed, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong order or if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact sarah@nestandsipcollective.com so we can be sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you have questions about sizing or care for items, you can email us as well.
If my item is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Nest & Sip Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier if there is a problem with your shipment.

Before burning a candle, always trim the wick to ¼ inch for a cotton wick and 1/8" - 3/16" for a wood wick.
